We understand that schedules can change and aim to be flexible while respecting reserved time.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee due to staffing and scheduling commitments.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability. Late changes may incur additional charges.

No Access / No Show

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the service may be marked as completed or canceled with applicable fees.
