Scope of Services

Lave Nirvana provides professional cleaning services for Airbnb and short-term rental properties. Service details are based on the selected cleaning type and confirmed quote.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delays due to lack of access may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Service Standards

Our services are performed with care and professionalism. Standard turnover cleaning is designed for routine between-stay resets and does not include deep cleaning tasks unless agreed upon.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Services may be paused or declined if payment obligations are not met.

Right to Refuse Service

Lave Nirvana reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, or misrepresented at booking.

Liability

Lave Nirvana is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.
