  • Services are non-refundable once completed

  • If an issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe, we will review and address concerns professionally

  • Refunds are not issued for services completed as agreed

Access & Property Policy

To ensure smooth service, clients must provide:

  • Accurate entry instructions (codes, keys, lockboxes)

  • Parking details if required

  • Notice of pets on-site

  • Working utilities (water, electricity)
